Attorney Hurley practiced law for six years as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts after his graduation from law school where he was a member and contributor to the Boston College Industrial and Commercial Law Review. Mr. Hurley entered private practice in 1981 and since that time he has concentrated in the area of civil litigation, gaining extensive trial and appellate experience in the representation of sureties, insurance carriers, and corporations. Mr. Hurley has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America magazine as one of the country's best lawyers in the field of insurance defense law.
